How to Avoid Loan Debts Trap

If you take loan for buying a Car, iPhone, Emergency Fund, Personal Loan, Housing Loan etc., remember you should not fall prey to the debt traps by taking loans. The following points can give idea how to avoid debt traps of loans.

1. If you take LOAN for BUYING A CAR, remember to pay atleast 20% downpayment and car loan tenure should be maximum 5 years. For paying EMI should not increase more thant 10% of your monthly income.

2. If you take LOAN for BUYING iPHONE Remember to look at the price and the price should not exceed 3 times of your monthly income. For tenure of paying EMI try to be as short as possible say 6 months only.  Your EMI should not increase more than 15% of your monthly income.

3. If you take a PERSONAL LOAN, remember that EMI you are paying of all loans including existing and new one should not increase 25% - 30% of your monthly income. Try to squeeze the Tenure of the Loan to a maximum of 5 years. Look at the rate of interest (because it differs from one bank to another) on your personal loan and it should not increase more than 15% on your loan.

4. If you take a HOME LOAN, ensure yourself that your extra income say like house rent etc., is atleast covers half of the EMI you are paying to the bank so that it will not affect your monthly salary. Your EMI on home loan should be maximum 50% of your salary taken home. Try to minimize on tenure of paying the total loan, try to clear as early as possible.

How to Manage Your iPhone Storage

To ensure that your iPhone is smoothly functioning and have enough space for storage you may do the following tasks to clean up your phone instead of resetting your iphone.

First and foremost, you have to know how much space each app is taking. To see this, in your iPhone, goo to Settings then taps on General and tap on iPhone

Uninstall any unnecessary apps from your iphone. On the screen, tap on the app you don’t need or no longer use, then delete the app. However, if you want to keep the data on the app you can tap on offload app, and it will remove the app, but the data will remain. You can re-install the app later and retrieve back all the data.

In case you have lots of photos and videos and you need to keep and store them, you can use iCloud photos. You can go to setting then iCloud then photos. You can also optimize your photos and videos with same resolution then go to Optimize iPhone storage.

If you want to delete photos you can go to photo library and delete any pictures or videos you don’t need anymore. You can also store your photos in Google Photos and Dropbox, before deleting them from your device.

Clear all history of all Datas including websites you visited by going to setting then safari then clear history. This can give your iphone more storage.

You can also delete messages from your iphone to free some storage. You can also set auto delete to your messages also. To do this, go to settings then messages, then set your timing of keeping the messages (say 7 days or 30 days etc,). This will delete your old messages automatically after the period.

You can delete downloaded music you no longer need. You can go to setting then general then iphone storage and find the old music you no longer need.

Clear up all the cache stored in your iphone. You can use apps like Cleaner or Phone Clean to remove all junk files and app caches.

You must ensure that your apps and iOS are up to date, and this will help prevent consumption storage. To do this go to Setting then General then Software Update.

Winter Clothing Hack - In colder place.

Staying Warm during winter is very essential. Dressing well, comfortably with warm cloth to avoid and protect the cold is an important part. All these lying on choosing the right materials for each layer of you dress. Following can be a fit guide for you for winter dressing.

1. Your Base Layer clothing: Your  base layer clothing is the one you worn directly against your skin and is crucial to keep you warm. Hence, choose proper material for this layer like moisture-wicking fabrics or natural fibers like wool. Wearing this part of layer you must avoid cotton cloth though it  absorbs moisture but dries slowly. How To Manage Time To Study


To manage time to study is one of the hardest times for every student. You need to plan,focus, and organize properly. Fast forward, the following points will help you to manage your study time.

Point No.1 – First of all you must know your goal, make a list to identify what you have to achieve, whether for a test, assignments or any topic.

Point No.2 – You must make a study table. Don’t study long hours, break it into few hours then rest and recall what you have studied. Allot enough time for each topic, say one subject or topic like Chemistry from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM then rest a while recall the topic which you have studied, try to understand what you have studied. Then allot your time so on for other subject.  Don’t forget to take long break for meal.

Point No.3 – You can apply study technique like taking notes, recall or summarize what you have learned.

Point No.4 – Try to find a place to study in a quiet environment, if you can stay late night will be better. If you don’t find a quiet place go and study in a college library or public library. While studying turn off your phone .

Point No.5 – Don’t study for long hours at a stretch. Always take regular break. This will help productivity in your study and reduce stress. If you are tired in studies don’t force  yourself to continue, go for short walk or light exercise to refresh your mind.

Stress  involves mindset, life style of a person. Hence,to overcome stress a person must involves mindset shifts, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management techniques.

First and foremost you must understand the Source of Stress. Keep a note about the situations or patterns that cause stress to identify why stress triggers you. Secondly, you must Practice Relaxation Techniques like breathing. Practice to Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts, holds for 4 counts, and exhale for 4 counts. Do Meditation and practice focusing on the present moment and muscle relaxation to release physical tension.

Thirdly,you must adopt Healthy Lifestyle and Habits by doing Exercise Regularly because Physical activity releases endorphins, improving mood. Try to Eat Balanced Meals since proper nutrition helps regulate energy and emotions. The most important thing is to get proper and quality sleep between 7 to 9 hours of deep or restful sleep.

Fourthly, time management is very important by prioritize your tasks. You can do this by using to-do lists or planners. Break your tasks into steps like focusing on small, manageable parts instead of the whole.

Find some people to support you and talk to trusted people by sharing problems with friends, family, or a therapist. This can provide relief. If you feel that your stress is unmanageable go for counseling or therapy.

Try to engage yours time on hobbies, creative outlets, or anything that brings you joy and try to think something good in life ahead.

Avoid consumption of  unhealthy and useless drinks like alcohol,caffeine or any intoxicating drinks. If  you consume or drink intoxicating thing like alcohol will bring more stress to you, so you must cope all these to avoid more stress

Try to promote a calm atmosphere. Don’t watch negative news or social media if they contribute to stress. Avoid all such things.Go for short walks or practice stretching at home or during work hours.
